Audiobio reflection

I thoroughly enjoyed constructing, recording and editing my audiobio. I have had a strong interest in podcasts and radio before this. This project allowed me to explore some of the basic workings employed by those mediums. In fact i enjoyed it so much i plan to use some of the lessons taken from out on the wire in my new WQRI radio show here on campus. I also plan on using the skills we learned in audacity to create sweeps, adds and other effects for my show. The project also offed me a chance to reflect on some of the simpler times of my childhood. I found this particularity refreshing as the last few months have been rather traumatic and convoluted for me. There was something very calming about reconnecting with these strong memories from my youth. It also gave me brief moments of pride remembering the trials i have passed to reach this point in my life. All in all i found this to be one of my most enjoyable assignments this semester.
